Cashea Earls is a Certified Trauma-InformedIntegrative Health Coach and the author of Primal Rebellion: A Journey Back to Your Body, Your Truth, and Your Life & The Women’s Self-Care Blueprint. After surviving a stroke, navigating amnesia, and reclaiming her health through faith, whole-food healing, and nervous system restoration, Cashea now helps others do the same.
Her writing is raw, redemptive, and rooted in lived experience. She weaves together spiritual truth, embodied healing, and the wisdom of unlearning the systems that keep us sick, small, and disconnected from ourselves.
